Yoga With Laura
Laura has been practicing yoga for over 15-years. What began as an interest in physical postures and an appreciation for the way it made her feel has now transformed into a love for the deeper teachings and many different forms of yoga. A lifelong learner, she is committed to knowledge, transformation and deepening her spiritual evolution.
With over 500-hours of formal education, Laura has training in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga Philosophy, Himalayan Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Mudras.
Her classes touch on movement, embodiment, presence, inward exploration, reflection, play and devotion - aspects of yoga that have helped Laura calm her mind, befriend her body and reconnect with her infinite nature.
