Initiation Session (60 Minutes) - consists of an introduction, 25 minutes of practice, 10 minutes of silent meditation, and a post-session sharing circle.

Dress comfortably, and if you can wear light colors.

Bring along something to sit on so you will be as comfortable as possible (for example, a yoga mat, block, bolster, rolled up blanket, etc). Try and arrive about 5-10 minutes before we start - ideally avoid eating a meal at least 2 hours before the session if possible.
